great 3 weeks in Sept 08.

Sorry this is so late but I needed to get caught up since getting back on the first. We had really good weather except for 2 days of rain. We even needed to break out the sweats for 1 day. I did my favorites this trip. A visit to Huntington Park, the Hammock Shops (of course the Isle of Candles) which is in the Hammock Shop complex. Then across the street to the Paradise Shops. I had to stop in to see Jean at Island Treasure. I think that is the name. I%26#39;m brain dead right now but I love that store. Very unusual things at a reasonable $$. If you visit the Hammock Shops outside some stores is a newspaper called Lowcountry Companion. Do yourself a favor and pick one up. It is really full of great info on things to do and many different local people who are just plain nice to meet! Good reviews on restaurants too. By the way I need to say this trip I did go to Hot Fish Club for dinner, somewhere we have been wanting to try for about 3 years. Sorry to say the food was really a disappointment as was the service. But as usual the Texas Roadhouse in Garden City was on the $$$. Also very good was Sara J%26#39;s and the Conch. My tan is fading and I%26#39;m ready to go back but that won%26#39;t be until May. I think next time I%26#39;ll try the Alabama Theater. Anyone have a review on it?I met some wonderful people poolside at Water%26#39;s Edge. Hi Judy and Lynn wonderful to see you again! My wife and I were not impressed with the Hot Fish Club either.As for the Alabama Theater we much more prefer the Good Vibrations show at the Carolina Oprey.

For TONYMIX No I have not tried the coupon or the Mayors House. I have heard good things about the M House. but I heard good about Hot Fish too, but after I read your PM I have more faith from a neighbor. I sent you a PM also. It was a first for me so I hope I did not screw it up!
