Dunes Village Resort

After reading so many reviews and lurking in this forum, we have booked 7 nights at Dunes Village Resort. This will be the 1st trip to MB and would appreciate any suggestions and/or advice to make our trip most memorable. Any must do%26#39;s or sees? Thank you, in advance, for any and all advice......dan

Are you a family or just a couple?? My husband and I stayed at Dunes Village last year and really liked it. The only negative would be parking across the street. Rooms are nice and new. Nice pool and lazy river. Good restaurant and coffee shop right there.

We are a couple, thanks for your answer.....dan

We are heading back to the DVR for our 4th visit this weekend!

Can%26#39;t find a better place for the $$.

Best little place to eat is the Little River Cafe, try the Grouper Rueben sandwich.

Medival Times is great fun.. but pricy.

Tanger Outlets are great for shopping if that your thing.

Tons of mini-golf courses.

Hope this helps! :)

Sorry..........me again

Brookgreen Gardens is also a fabulous place to spend a day

Definitely go to Broadway at the Beach and stop in at Crocodile Rocks. This is a dueling piano bar. You will have a blast just watching all the antics of these piano players and volunteers from the audience. Plus they are very talented musicians and singers. Entertainment starts at 8:00 and by 10:00 it will be standing room only...so get there early. You should go on a Friday or Sat. We dont miss it every year when we are in Myrtle Beach.

Hey Dan,You never said when you were going to MB,We are also staying at dunes village,we will be there the first week in june.

Staying 11/06-11/13...........be there in about 2 weeks...

If you happen to get a warm day try par 3 golf. My husband and I play every time we are there and it is fun. We are not golfers only when we at Myrtle. I have not even ever played on a real golf course. There are several par 3 courses around.
